Operation
|
|
Operation bar is
manually fed on to number of discs made out of H.S.S. (Hard
& Ground) These
discs are designed to rotate at r.p.m. of 1440, thus imparting very high
speeds to the bar. This facilitates polishing of the bar and at the
same time helps in transporting of the bar to nozzles.
Disc
Polishing Machine-I can also polish the round bar from 6 Inches to
customer required Length.

The Production rate and
quality of polishing compares well even with imported machines.

The bar is guided by
two brass blocks. Another brass pipe is Provided at the end of bar
machine to guide the machine on to the wooden sleeper.
During the working of the machine, oil is circulated continuously which
achieves better lubrication, less wear and tear of discs and
controls temperature. This also helps to achieve better finish to
the product.
